Digital, Data & AI Strategy and Transformation Roadmaps: Defining digital, data and AI vision, strategy and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives and value realization. Customer Experience Transformation: Designing and enabling digitally enabled, data‑driven customer and employee experiences across channels, leveraging analytics, AI and personalization. Intelligent Automation & AI Enablement: Identifying, designing and supporting delivery of automation and AI use cases optimizing operations while embedding appropriate governance and controls. Operating Model, Governance & Delivery Enablement: Designing target operating models, delivery structures, and governance for digital and AI programs
