Qualifications:   </strong></p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p>Able to work now and in the future without BNSF’s assistance (whether monetary, through sponsorship, or otherwise) in diploma or GED. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p>3 years of experience in crime analysis, intelligence analysis, investigative support, security operations, emergency communications analysis, data analysis, or law enforcement support.  </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools, GIS/mapping tools, WebEOC and database/reporting systems. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p>Ability to prepare clear written products, dashboards, maps, and executive summaries. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p>Ability to handle confidential and sensitive law enforcement/security information. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p>Ability to prioritize time-sensitive requests and work independently with limited supervision. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p>Ability to receive and/or maintain access to required law enforcement, criminal justice, or security systems based on business need and policy style="list-style-type:disc"><li><p>Experience in railroad, transportation, supply chain, critical infrastructure, or multi-jurisdictional public safety environments. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul
