Job Description
The AI Engineer is a force-multiplier role focused on multiplying the output of our engineering teams by re-engineering how we build across products and embedding AI and automation into those workflows. Our biggest productivity gains aren't locked inside any single product team — they're in the patterns, workflows, and practices that already work somewhere and haven't been scaled everywhere yet. This role identifies what makes one team faster and replicates it across all of them, rather than adding capacity to just one.
Main Responsibilities: Articulate & streamline cross-product processes — map how teams move through the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), from planning to delivery, across products; find where the bottlenecks are; and redesign the flow end-to-end (not patch one product). Roll out AI-assisted tooling & automation — deploy and champion AI/automation that improve delivery speed across teams, prioritizing solutions that are replicable and scalable across the organization, and measure the impact. Bridge vision and execution — interpret the team's AI strategy, propose how it translates into concrete workflows and tooling, and enable engineering teams to adopt it in ways that measurably improve how they build and deliver. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's degree Excellent English proficiency and fluency to communicate with people at all levels. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Exposure to developer-productivity / platform / DevEx work. Familiarity with our product stack and toolchain. 1+ years experience applying AI/automation to developer or delivery workflows. Drives change across teams that don't report to them. Senior hands-on software engineering background (builds, not just advises). Track record defining metrics for engineering productivity. What We Offer Our benefits package includes … Comprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to Calm. Volunteer Paid Time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employees. Company volunteer and donation matching program – Your volunteer hours or personal cash donations to an eligible charity can be matched with a charitable donation. Employee Assistance Program. Personalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack program On-demand digital course library for professional development... and other local benefits!
