 • Experience in manufacturing & electronics testing • Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. • Experience working with cross functional groups. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Desired Skills 
 3 or more years of experience leading teams in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance. Knowledge of business metrics and performance tracking. Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and compliance requirements. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
