In this role, you will act as the primary strategic partner to the client team transforming raw requirements and abstract concepts into flawless, high-ROI, world-class experiences. You will oversee experiential ideation, space activation, Pan India event execution, budgets, and high-performing cross-functional teams across the entire event lifecycle. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills are vital, as you will serve as the central bridge aligning complex event plans and communications across the client’s organization, JLL stakeholders, and internal teams.

1. Ideation, Strategy & Experience Design Lead high-level creative ideation sessions to develop disruptive, out-of-the-box themes, content structures, and experience designs from scratch for flagship corporate projects. Conceptualize and execute immersive space activations and environmental designs that maximize attendee engagement, brand visibility, and spatial flow. Define Pan India event goals, target audiences, and create comprehensive, upfront project timelines and digital plans. Stay ahead of industry trends, actively integrating the newest event technologies, enterprise PM tools, and AI workflows to elevate attendee experiences. 2. Stakeholder Communication & Alignment Serve as the primary, high-touch communications lead to manage relationships, event plans, and status updates across multiple business units within the client organization and JLL corporate stakeholders. Develop and execute structured event communication plans, ensuring seamless information flow, alignment on deliverables, and swift conflict resolution among all parties. Translate complex project milestones into clear, actionable briefs for cross-functional partners and corporate real estate/facilities teams. 3. Scale, Budgeting & Vendor Management Own accurate budget preparation and financial compliance for events. Source, collaborate with vendor agencies, and drive tight pricing negotiations and contracts with venues, production fabrication houses, and global hospitality suppliers. 4. Live On-Site Execution & Promotion Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events, execute digital plans, and drive target attendance. Direct complex, high-pressure live showflows, troubleshoot real-time logistics, manage spatial and crowd dynamics during live space activations, and command the live console during flagship events. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience managing complex corporate conferences, product launches, consumer pop-ups, or experiential marketing campaigns (ideally scaled up from foundational execution roles). Communication Master: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external real estate/facility management entities like JLL.
