Requirements
Technical Qualifications Proficient knowledge in finance and accounting . Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Finance , or Accounting from a reputable local or overseas university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale). A master's or MBA degree from overseas would be an advantage. Holding a CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is considered advantageous . Relevant experience in the following areas, including but not limited to: Buy-side and Sell-side M&A Advisory (target search, due diligence, valuation, transaction document review, negotiation). Financial modeling. Feasibility studies. Corporate or group restructuring. Debt and financial restructuring. Fundraising (debt and equity). Initial Public Offerings (IPO). Proficiency in speaking and writing in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Non-Technical Qualifications Minimum 3 years professional of experience in major financial advisory firms/related to the offering Confidence and maturity. Strong analytical and coordination skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa
