This is an office based (hybrid model) in UK (Maidenhead), France (Paris) or Ireland (Dublin, Limerick) with up to 30% travel. Who are we? Purpose of the role You will be responsible for leading high-impact, cross-functional transformation programmes , with a strong emphasis on commercial value creation, gross profit improvement, and strategic portfolio optimisation for the Vision Care business across the Western Europe markets. This role goes beyond project delivery and requires a high-agency leader who takes full ownership for outcomes—someone who proactively identifies opportunities, mobilises stakeholders, and drives measurable business impact The successful candidate will be a leading individual contributor who is viewed as a valuable partner by peers and will act as a catalyst for profitable growth , leading initiatives that enhance capital efficiency, optimise product portfolios, and improve commercial execution through both systems transformation and business model innovation. This high-visibility role offers the individual the opportunity to showcase their skills and make a significant business impact, providing a robust platform for career development within J&J, allowing them to pursue career aspirations in any chosen direction. Reporting directly to Managing Director, Western Europe Vision Care, this position will support the J&J Vision Care Western Europe Leadership Team, and work closely with Market Development Director, J&J Vision and EMEA PMO community as as a leading member of the Program Management Office.
