As an Analyst/Associate Business Development Consultant within our digital wealth management business, you’ll have a strong track record in sales, lead generation, and referrals, and will be working towards QCF Level 4 qualification or have the ability to achieve this within 18 months of joining.
Job Responsibilities
Develop lead generation and referral strategies that support Senior Wealth Managers’ growth goals. Prospect and engage clients and prospects through multiple channels to identify new business opportunities. Build trusted relationships by understanding client needs and aligning them to our wealth management solutions. Partner with marketing to execute campaigns that drive qualified leads and strengthen brand awareness. Provide timely, high-quality feedback on campaign performance to improve targeting and outcomes. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure efficient handover to Senior Wealth Managers. Prepare Senior Wealth Managers for client meetings and presentations by supplying relevant insights and data. Track and maintain lead and referral activity to support consistent pipeline management. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities and inform outreach approaches. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and referrals either within the financial services or wealth management industry, or transferable skills from other industries Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and prospects. Working towards QCF Level 4 qualification or ability to achieve this within 18 months of joining. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience collaborating within a team environment to support shared business goals. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used for lead generation and client engagement. Experience supporting client meeting preparation (for example, organizing materials, insights, and pitch inputs).
