Thanks for your interest in working on our team! We are looking for a brilliant and experienced Junior Product Line Manager to join our growing team. The Junior Product Line Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Define the marketing specification of new products and features. Interface directly with OSCILLOQUARTZ customers and customer-facing organizations, as well as internal engineering teams, to capture market requirements and satisfy tactical and strategic program needs. Author marketing requirements, including market studies, competitive analysis, product requirements, pricing, planning, and go-to-market strategy. Communicate customer needs back into OSCILLOQUARTZ internal organizations to influence design and business priorities and to deliver timely solutions to customer programs. Coordinate with OSCILLOQUARTZ business development teams to prioritize product features across a broad range of opportunities. Research and participate in standards activities in related fields and disciplines to ensure conformance to relevant industry standards and practices. Develop pre-sales documentation to support OSCILLOQUARTZ Business Development team. Support internal business processes to realize successful program delivery aligned with customer expectations.

Strong knowledge of network synchronization and related technologies is required (e.g. IEEE 1588, GPS/GNSS). Ability to help customers design time and frequency distribution systems. Strong self-learning skills. Experience in sales or sales support is an advantage. Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Can-do attitude and a creative, natural problem solver. Strong organizational skills (detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and adaptable). Excellent presentation skills to make complex technology simple, motivate sales forces, and build customer confidence and trust. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage). B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field. MBA - preferred. Experience in software and hardware development.
