What You'll Do
Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment, hand tools and personal knowledge to determine root cause
Use SAP maintenance module in the execution of duties, utilize computers to acquire information, documentation, account for time and corrective actions
Demonstrates dependability in attendance, work completion, and flexibility to meet business needs
Work safely to prevent on the job injuries by following safety rules and regulations at all times including proper wearing of company PPE
Execute, manage, and continuously improve the Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Program
Responsibility includes all available predictive technologies: Thermography, Oil Analysis, Vibration, Ultrasonic, etc.
Demonstrate initiative in developing and maintaining the technical knowledge and skills necessary to effectively perform predictive maintenance duties
Provide monthly equipment health reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans for monitoring and addressing equipment with potential reliability concerns
Maintain clear and effective communication through work orders, reports, meetings, and direct interaction with supervisors, engineers, planners, and other stakeholders
Foster a collaborative environment to share knowledge, best practices, and support team members in achieving common goals
Work closely with Supervisors, Reliability Engineers, and Maintenance Planners to develop optimize maintenance strategies from a predictive maintenance perspective
What You'll Need
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in heights for extended periods of time in extreme temperatures
Ability to utilize precision measurement instruments
Ability to work rotating shifts which include weekends and holidays
Experience with welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment maintenance preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience with welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment maintenance preferred
Minimum 5 years of field experience in either heavy industrial operations and/or manufacturing environment required
Advanced experience with pumps, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, and rigging/heavy-load calculations.
Ability to read hydraulic schematics, troubleshoot hydraulic systems, and diagnose pressure-related issues.
Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments.
Positive attitude with strong communication skills and willingness to support team and shift coverage needs.
Ability to work rotating shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, and working at heights in extreme temperatures.
