To learn more, visit www.ppg.com and follow @ PPG on Twitter. We are currently looking for a PIM Data Steward Intern to join our growing PIM Center of Excellence (CoE) team in Wrocław. As a member of the Product Information Management (PIM) Operations team, the PIM Data Steward will be responsible for executing tasks and activities in collaboration with internal Business Partners to ensure the highest quality of PPG’s product information across various platforms. The PIM Data Steward will ensure the maintenance of product data, execute corrections as indicated by governance reports, process improvements. Additionally, this role will support ongoing projects by performing data quality checks and data entry.

Maintain product data by accurately entering and updating information in the Product Information Management (PIM) system Enrich product records, classify products, and manage publication settings Execute and analyze data governance reports to identify and correct data quality issues Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities during project implementations Perform data corrections and additions required during system rollouts Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with global business teams to ensure product information meets quality standards Contribute to maintaining a reliable and consistent source of product data across digital platforms Qualifications: Educational background in Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields Previous experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems or data management processes Interest in digital transformation, data governance, and process optimization Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Ability to collaborate effectively in an international and multicultural environment Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) What we offer: Work in a pet‑friendly office - bring your dog to the office!
