To be fully conversant with all Departmental Standard Operating Procedures and be competent in executing all tasks.. Ensures that flow and supply of operating equipment meets requirements. Keeps a stock of ice for emergencies. Controls cleanliness of equipment. Keeps clean and controlled swill areas. Controls closely operating equipment. Assists in keeping a proper records of equipment leaving or coming into the hotel and submits copies of records to accounting. Assists in conducting inventories on a quarterly basis in order to establish requirements for budget. Checks that soap and towel dispensers are filled at all times. Reports all signs of infestation to maintenance and plans, carries out and follow up pest control schemes. Other such duties as determined by the company from time to time
