Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence
Strong capability in organizational change management, with experience supporting transformation initiatives across HR and workforce advisory functions. Hands-on expertise in organizational design, including operating model definition, role alignment, and workforce structure optimization. Proficient in HR operating and delivery model assessment, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and service delivery improvement. Able to analyze and streamline HR processes, policies, and transactions to improve effectiveness and reduce operational complexity. Skilled in applying consulting and analytical methods to develop practical workforce advisory solutions and executive-ready recommendations.
