Key Responsibilities

Engage healthcare professionals and stakeholders using customer-specific approaches aligned to practitioner priorities, institutional needs, and patient outcomes.  Develop expertise in the Neuroscience portfolio, including Caplyta and apply approved clinical and business knowledge to support customer engagement, territory priorities, and patient-focused outcomes.  Communicate approved clinical and scientific information using authorized materials and follow information-sharing policies.  Develop and execute strategic pre-call and account plans focusing on actions that drive business outcomes aligned to territory, district, regional and national goals reviewing progress regularly.  Identify, prioritize, and engage key stakeholders that influence business tailoring messages and resources specific to each role.  Optimize selling time and stakeholder access across accounts and care settings.  Analyze business and market data to identify opportunities, assess performance, and adjust execution strategies.  Apply knowledge of payer access, affordability, and reimbursement dynamics to support appropriate utilization.  Build trust-based relationships with customers and internal partners through clear communication, follow-through, and collaboration.  Conduct meaningful two-way clinical and scientific discussions that address customer needs, support informed decision-making, and build
