Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence We are looking for experienced Squad/Tech Leads to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in full-stack development, software architecture, CI/CD practices, and team leadership while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor development teams across the software development lifecycle.Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.Drive architectural decisions and enforce engineering best practices.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards.Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution. Required Skills:

10+ years of hands-on software development experience. Strong expertise in  Node.js (Backend).Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js . Strong understanding of software design principles, microservices, and modular architecture. Experience building scalable and distributed applications. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment methodologies. Strong experience with Git version control. Experience working with  RDBMS databases and SQL. Hands-on experience with  Docker . Experience with unit testing frameworks and code quality tools. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
