Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to continuously deliver high-quality candidates to fulfill hiring objectives. Develop an understanding of our personnel needs and organizational model to support sourcing and business strategies. Identify and attract candidates; and negotiate complex compensation packages and close all level candidates. Assist line management with cyclical human resources (HR) programs, including talent development, performance management, and employee relations. Provide HR guidance and advise business leaders about employee disciplinary issues. Act as a branding champion, training hiring managers and interviewers on how to represent our organizational culture in a meaningful way.
