What the day will look like As an EMEA Central Compliance Senior Analyst, you will support the delivery of compliance activities across the EMEA region. Working closely with Compliance Business Partners and senior collaborators, you will help ensure that policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are successfully implemented and maintained. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks Providing compliance guidance and day-to-day support to business partners Supervising regulatory developments and assessing their impact on Aon's operations Preparing compliance reports, presentations, and materials for senior management, boards, and committees Supporting regulatory reporting requirements and maintaining compliance registers Collaborating with colleagues across Compliance, Risk, Operations, and other business functions throughout EMEA How this opportunity is different This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of Compliance within a leading global professional services firm.
