Where You’ll Make a Difference Daily management of demands from compounding plants and making the purchases to replenish stock; Solve problems of raw material shortages; Liaise with the local material coordinators/ site supply chain managers to ensure a smooth and aligned dayto- day planning process; Participate in cross functional initiatives as the accountable person for fragrances planning; Optimization and continuous improvement of material availability; global inventory days; inventory write-off; and obsolete/slow moving inventory. What Makes You The Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sciences or equivalent work experience. At least 3 years of experiences in material planning, supply plannings, or operations. Hands‑on experience with SAP IBP (order‑based planning/Excel add‑in) or similar advanced planning systems; SAP ECC/S4 master data familiarity preferred. Strong analytical skills; adept at scenario modeling and exception‑based planning. How Would You Stand Out? Experiences in a role that required a deep understanding of customer requirements.
