We are looking to hire a full-time Package Investigations Specialist, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for providing reasonable resolutions to delivery-related issues while ensuring a positive customer experience with compassion and problem-solving. Schedule: Your choice of the following- Monday-Friday 7am-3pm Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Monday-Friday 10am-6pm Next available start date: Monday, September 14 Training: You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training Monday-Friday from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm.
