Procurement Specialist

Procurement Operation covers all categories: EM & Indirect, responsible for procurement operation process (PTP, PO to Payment) management and execution. •Activities including: ‒Work with SAP IT team to transit business process and requirements to SAP S4HANA solution. ‒Proactively and effectively communicate progress of owned pending and active projects throughout the life cycle. ‒Contract Management and Support in Ariba and SAP (Allocation Report, Contract Coverage report, etc.) ‒Price Management in Ariba and SAP ‒PO Management in Ariba and SAP ‒Vendor Master Data Management – Vendor creation and Plant extension ‒Invoice Resolution ‒Reporting (Supplier Performance Report, Review on LT & MOQ, Supplier Quality Audit, etc.) ‒System Support (System Issue resolution, Audit support) •Technology / System will be used for above activities: ‒BPCS and SAP S4/HANA – Materials Management, Stock Information, PO placement ‒Ariba – Contract Management ‒MS Office suite – All communications with stakeholders & data analysis ‒Sharepoint – For data storage ‒Microsoft One Drive – To store Supplier License •Other jobs needed by Management List deliverables for each main area the job is expected to achieve: -Ensure all above described procurement operation smooth, avoid any interruption on materials/services for all end-users’ operation -Deliver summaries/reports for category management -Improve P2P E2E process efficiency -Implement digitalization where applicable Location(s) Thailand   Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes .
