The work you do with our team will directly improve health outcomes by connecting people with the care, pharmacy benefits, data and resources they need to feel their best. Here, you will find a culture guided by inclusion, talented peers, comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities. Come make an impact on the communities we serve as you help us advance health optimization on a global scale. Join us to start Caring. Connecting. Growing together. This role will lead product strategy and execution for AI use cases across IDP, Origin, and SAGE, while staying aligned with enterprise architecture and program priorities. It also covers onboarding and intake, including defining requirements, workflows, and integration paths for new AI opportunities. The position owns end-to-end delivery of AI capabilities, working with engineering, architecture, security, and data teams to ensure readiness and successful implementation. It includes building and improving AI automations with AI Builder to enhance data workflows, document processing, and integration pipelines. The role also ensures platform integration readiness by checking dependencies, aligning cross-functional teams, and managing technical risks. It requires senior technical leadership, with independent guidance on solution design, architecture decisions, and delivery planning without close oversight. A key part of the work is accelerating time to value by finding process gaps, removing blockers, and driving consistent execution across teams. High delivery quality is maintained through documentation, technical reviews, and validation of AI and integration work. The role partners with offshore teams to support continuity, knowledge transfer, and efficient execution, helping maximize cost savings and reduce onboarding time. It also involves monitoring, triaging, and resolving integration issues to keep IDP, Origin, SAGE, and AI automation workflows stable. In addition, it establishes and tracks KPIs for AI adoption, automation efficiency, and integration performance to support measurable business outcomes. Risks should be identified early, with mitigation plans put in place to protect delivery timelines, compliance requirements, and platform stability.
