Job Description & Summary: A career within Global Tax & Operations (US Corporate Tax) will provide an opportunity to lead large-scale delivery of US corporate tax compliance engagements (Form 1120 and related filings) while driving operational excellence, quality, and client service. Responsibilities: Leading end-to-end delivery of US corporate tax compliance engagements including Form 1120 and related forms/schedules Reviewing and providing technical oversight on filings such as Schedule M-1, M-3, Schedule C, Schedule K, Schedule L, and supporting disclosures Managing compliance across state filings and related forms (e.g., state corporate returns, apportionment schedules) Providing guidance on book-tax differences, deferred tax, and reporting adjustments Managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery across engagements Driving operational efficiency, standardization, and automation across tax processes Collaborating with global/onshore teams for seamless execution Building and mentoring high-performing teams Mandatory skill sets: Strong expertise in US Corporate Tax (Form 1120 and related schedules) Experience in managing large-scale tax compliance delivery and reviews Strong technical knowledge of US tax reporting, adjustments, and disclosures Preferred skill sets: Experience in GT&O / offshore delivery model (Big 4 preferred) Exposure to state tax filings and multi-entity compliance Strong stakeholder management and global coordination Years of experience required: minimum 15 years Education qualification: ANy Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills Optional Skills Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Accounting Practices, Active Listening, Analytical Thinking, Coaching and Feedback,
