Our team supports TikTok Shop's seller incubation and growth strategy for the Italian market through research, analysis, and cross-functional project execution.

In this role, you will: - Conduct strategy research, market analysis, and data processing to support seller growth in the Italian market. - Support the preparation and localization of seller-facing communications and materials. - Assist with performance tracking and reporting for seller growth programs. - Partner closely with cross-functional business teams to drive key projects and support effective strategy execution.
