As a Business Program Management Intern (Retail Team) , you will join Microsoft's Retail Team and help drive strategic programs and initiatives that support our retail business. You will identify, define, and design opportunities to develop new programs or improve existing ones. You will advocate for and demonstrate the value of your initiatives through clearly defined metrics, helping to secure buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers. You will also monitor program performance, ensure alignment with business objectives, and contribute to change management and continuous improvement efforts. En tant que stagiaire  Business Program Management (Équipe Retail) , vous rejoindrez l'équipe Retail de Microsoft et contribuerez à des programmes et initiatives stratégiques soutenant notre activité retail. Vous identifierez, définirez et concevrez des opportunités permettant de développer de nouveaux programmes ou d'améliorer les programmes existants. Vous démontrerez la valeur de ces initiatives à travers des indicateurs clairement définis afin d'obtenir l'adhésion des parties prenantes, des partenaires et des clients. Vous suivrez également la performance des programmes, veillerez à leur alignement avec les objectifs métier et participerez aux démarches de gestion du changement et d'amélioration continue. Assists others in performing program landscape research and analysis (e.g., internal and/or external market, sales, delivery), forecasting, and examining business trends (e.g., customer feedback and expectations) to identify audience size and program scope, stay current, agile, and competitive. Helps improve operations of existing programs by helping apply industry methodology, define program issues, assess various scenarios, and select the optimal scenario to resolve issues. With oversight from others, contributes to the direction and strategy from leadership regarding business area of expertise in order to help execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and influences others to change behavior accordingly. Learns to define vision and strategy for change, broad and specific impact, and the flow of communication to the organization.
