The Purpose of Your Role This position will be responsible for the day-to-day activities ensuring all trade confirmation and reconciliation processes, reporting and inquiry responses are completed timely and accurately, working with internal business partners across the Trades, Recon and Dividends functions relating to Hedge Funds, non-publicly traded REITS, Funds of Funds, Private Investment Funds and other asset classes. These activities are performed daily and require adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. The successful candidate will also be responsible for handling escalation requests and for resolving complex reconciliation issues in a timely manner. Having exposure to associate coaching and development is desirable. The associate will act as the owner of the relationship between the Product Sponsor and Fidelity. The Value You Deliver Processing and providing oversight of Trades, Recon and Divs functions. Communicate issues and take initiative to proactively resolve and prevent problems. Deliver effective written and verbal communication to appropriate business partners. Analyze and review decision-related transactions and ensure compliance. Ability to work effectively within a team environment to successfully manage daily work volumes and quality standards. Interact with various fund companies and their transfer agents. Participate as a Subject Matter Expert on projects and/or escalations. Identify and lead process improvement opportunities through to fruition. Maintaining operational and written supervisory procedures in accordance with divisional standards. Must have the ability to develop solid action plans to resolve daily operational issues/problems.
