Overview: 
 The Manufacturing Engineering Analyst will support Manufacturing Engineers in driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making across assembly operations. The role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting manufacturing data using Power BI and other reporting tools to develop dashboards, performance metrics, and business insights. This role combines hands-on manufacturing support with data analytics responsibilities, including process development and improvement, time studies, capital-project support to improve productivity, quality, capacity, and overall business performance.   In this function you will: •    Support assembly, material feeding, and testing operations by resolving shop-floor issues and serving as a liaison between Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams. •    Assist with manufacturing methods, process development, capacity planning, equipment implementation, design changes, and new product introductions to support plant objectives. •   Conduct time studies, capacity analyses, work-cell evaluations, and process assessments to improve labor utilization, material flow, manufacturing efficiency, and cost performance. •    Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, setup reduction, cost-reduction projects, process changes, and compliance with Eaton Lean Systems, Quality Systems, MESH, and Pro Launch requirements. •    Support the evaluation, procurement, installation, and startup of new capital equipment, including data collection and ROI analysis for developing and existing projects. •    Develop, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards, reports, and performance metrics while supporting manufacturing data collection, validation, and visualization efforts. •    Analyze production, quality, labor, downtime, and equipment data to identify trends, support capacity planning, and provide actionable insights for operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: 
 Required: •    High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution. •    Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience OR a degree in a technical discipline. •    Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and pivot tables. •    No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.  Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered.  Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. •    Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
