Material Handler I - Packer (2nd shift)

Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride.  This position is responsible for moving product through the distribution center, safely and accurately, while following all safety and company policies and procedures.  This position is also responsible for maintaining a positive work environment by communicating and interacting in a manner that is conducive to the purpose and mission of the company overall. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Process Orders Verify and apply stickers for Inbound and Outbound Processes. Process hazardous materials in accordance with International Civil Aviation Regulations. Able to use a Radio Frequency Terminal / Scan gun to process product throughout warehouse. Required to use assigned individual security passwords Assure compliance to all procedures related to Regulatory, Environmental, Health and Safety Requirements (Including spills, damages, and returns). Process and stage damaged product in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). Must use correct pallets and packaging (as required by customer or country) to ship product. Participate in projects/teams to continuously improve the operation and key result areas (i.e., safety, quality, service and cost). Utilize Warehouse Computer Applications (WMS, RF Equipment) Performing other tasks, as assigned. Documentation Complete Pick/Pack documents for Freezer products and packing lists, as required. Document Inventory Discrepancies.
