Strategy and Plans Analyst The Opportunity: Support service and joint planning teams to develop new operational concepts for how the U.S. Air Force and Joint services will deter, and if needed respond to the full spectrum of military contingences across all domains. Integrate theater air and information initiatives with the U.S. Pacific Command ( PACOM ) staff to produce theater level operational plans and products. Support the develop ment of theater-level operational plans and contingency strategies, provide analysis of force structure, basing, and logistics requirements, and ensure alignment with Department of War ( DoW ) strategic guidance and USAF doctrine. You Have:    8+ years of experience at a DoD Service-level headquarters, Theater Component headquarters, Combatant Command ( CCMD ) , Joint Staff ( JS ) , or Interagency level  5+ years of experience in strategy, planning, or policy   Experience with national security challenges in the Indo-Pacific region   Experience in leading groups using the Joint Planning Process and Joint Campaigns and Operations TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree  Nice If You Have:    4+ years of experience with Indo-Pacific Studies or the regional plans problem set Experience with writing and coordinating executive-level products for General or Flag Officers ( GO / FO ) Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
