Job Description
Shift: Morning Pay Rate: $19.00 ROLE PURPOSE: Perform routine and repetitive duties involved in all adjustments and operation of assigned machines to meet quality and production requirements. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Operate machine, detailed troubleshooting, tooling and set up, making adjustments and appropriate escalation as required to maintain quality and production requirements. 2. Work from work orders, samples, specification book, written and verbal instructions. Use small hand tools, such as rubber hammer, wrenches, screwdriver, and pliers, measuring and weigh scale. 3. Obtain work instructions and properly select and load in-process work in prescribed manner. Make adjustments in accordance with established procedures for machine operation. Check, set controls, and reset as required for proper speed, feed, tension, or other related machine operation. Remove completed work, properly package, identify, weigh, and properly store. 4. Responsible for consistently monitoring the quality of product and to maintain quality standards of every set. 5. Pull product samples during production to ensure quality of production per sampling standards. 6. Maintain production log, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Operator Live Log, etc. to track detail of daily production. 7. Record time or production information required on proper form. Detect and report defective material, unusual conditions, or faulty equipment to proper supervision. 8. Observe all prescribed or standard safety rules and regulations. Following AIB guidelines, wearing all required PPE, submitting required amount of BBSOs and required documentation. 9. Maintain workplace housekeeping such as work, storage area, machine, and related equipment to provide a safe, clean work environment. 10. Perform other similar or related duties as assigned or directed. Qualifications
