As their business continues to grow, they are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand market presence and build lasting customer relationships. To thrive/succeed as the Outside Sales Representative, you should have: Proven track record in outside sales, preferably within building products, construction, or a related industry. 5 years’ experience in sales, construction sales a bonus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers. Self-motivated and disciplined with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Your responsibilities as the Outside Sales Representative will include: Develop new business by building relationships with builders, architects, designers, and other key decision-makers to generate sales opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product presentations, estimating, negotiations, and closing new business. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing product expertise, conducting jobsite visits, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout each project. Collaborate with inside sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution and resolve customer issues. Stay engaged with industry trends, competitor activity, and networking opportunities to identify new business and support continued market growth.
