Improve and sustain the level of involvement and commitment of the entire workforce Responsibilities
Lead recruiting and Hiring process of salary and union employees Ensure benefits are competitive with the local market and cost effective Industrial Relationships with the union and follow up Mexican labor law. Develop systems and processes to keep continuous improvement in HR Lead absenteeism and turnover actions / projects Ensure compliance with internal labor regulations and applicable labor laws. Responsible for the execution of a good communication system for union and non-union employees. Responsible for maintaining external communication with the local authorities and companies for the support of future needs. Responsible to Control and follow up department budgets and key operational indicators. Responsible for the training program of middle management and managers. Responsible for the administration of the performance evaluation system of the company. Responsible for the internal and external communication of the company. Skills
