YOUR IMPACT A Client Director role at OpenText is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to drive meaningful impact for clients and the business. In this role, you will be responsible for Professional Services sales, revenue generation, and client success across accounts in Quebec, while collaborating with peers across North America to achieve shared goals around bookings, revenue, margin, and client advocacy.
As Client Director, you will own all aspects of Professional Services within your territory, including driving services sales, supporting license and cloud opportunities, and ensuring successful solution implementation. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, strengthening relationships while positioning the full portfolio of Professional Services to maximize client value.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS • Drive revenue growth by developing client solutions and building a strong pipeline to meet quarterly bookings targets • Partner with sales to expand existing accounts through solution delivery, enhancements, and managed services • Lead opportunity lifecycle management including forecasting, SOW/proposal creation, approvals, and Salesforce (CEM) updates • Negotiate project scope, timelines, and costs with internal teams and external vendors • Own revenue forecasting and reporting, providing accurate quarterly updates to senior leadership • Manage end-to-end project execution (T&M and fixed fee), including planning, resource forecasting, risk/issues, and delivery tracking • Support business development through RFP responses, opportunity tracking, and cross-functional alignment <span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:
