Chief Ethics Officer Location: Bengaluru  Function: Legal, Compliance & Ethics Reporting: Operationally to the General Counsel; Functionally to the Compliance Committee Role Overview Wipro is seeking a highly credible and experienced leader to serve as its Chief Ethics Officer , responsible for strengthening the organisation's culture of integrity, accountability, ethical conduct and trust across a global workforce. The role will lead Wipro's Ethics Office and provide enterprise-wide oversight of ethics governance, POSH, Ombuds, employee concern mechanisms, investigations, whistleblower processes, conflict of interest management and ethics culture initiatives.
