Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset;  so  our clients turn to us first when it matters most .       Make a real impact     In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven  Associate to join our Accounting & Finance Managed Services team in Thessaloniki.    Assist clients with statutory accounting requirements  in accordance with  Greek GAAP and IFRS     Support tax compliance efforts, including the preparation of various tax returns (VAT,   CIT ,Withholding   tax  etc.)     Collaborate on accounting tasks like bookkeeping and financial report preparation with team members     Ensure adherence to accounting and tax regulations;  assist  with planning and filing activities     Provide support to clients during external audit processes      Support in the preparation of the statutory financial statements under Greek  GaaP  and/or IFRS    Advise clients on statutory accounting and tax compliance requirements    Involvement in any other accounting and reporting activities to clients   What you bring matters     Bachelor’s or  Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance , Economics, Business Administration, or related field    0-1 year of relevant work experience    Ability and willingness to travel within the Thessaloniki area and attend client sites, including locations in   Sindos   and Thermi, as   required   for client engagements.   Flexibility to work from client premises when   required   Previous  experience in a relevant role at a consulting firm and/or industry will be considered an asset    Familiarity with tax and accounting legislation will be highly regarded   Proficient communication skills in Greek and English, both verbal and written     Familiar with ERP systems and Excel will be considered as an asset    Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines     Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach     A commitment to continuous learning and development    BRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAY     Your skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
