As a Digital Client Service Associate in the digital client services team, you will lead end-to-end onboarding and enablement for external clients across multi-asset electronic trading workflows. You will coordinate connectivity, permissions, testing, and go-live readiness while providing production oversight and issue resolution in a high-availability support model. You will strengthen controls, reporting, automation, and stakeholder engagement to enhance client outcomes and team performance.
Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end client onboarding and enablement for external clients across multi-asset electronic trading workflows. Onboard and support clients on Bloomberg, Tradeweb, MarketAxess, FXall, 360T, and other venues as required. Coordinate connectivity setup, permissions, testing, and go-live readiness with internal and external stakeholders. Provide production oversight for client and platform services in a high-availability support model. Triage issues raised by Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and clients; escalate appropriately and drive resolution. Own active-incident communications internally and externally as appropriate, providing timely updates, clear estimated times to resolution, and post-incident follow-up. Execute key control reconciliations, manage exceptions, and uphold quality control standards across processes. Ensure key performance indicators and service level agreements are met; perform root-cause analysis for breaches or errors and implement corrective action plans. Produce and enhance management information reporting and performance reporting with trend analysis and management-ready commentary. Analyze large, complex datasets to diagnose problems, quantify impact, and track outcomes of improvement initiatives. Drive automation, standardization, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership through forums, escalation support, mentoring, hiring, training, and knowledge and coverage planning. Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities: 7+ years of relevant experience in electronic trading client service and enablement, Middle Office operations, or similar roles. People leadership experience (formal or informal), including coaching, workflow management, training and onboarding, and driving consistent execution in production. Strong understanding of multi-asset electronic trading enablement, connectivity and permissions, and operational risk and controls in a high-availability support model. Demonstrated experience supporting and onboarding on Bloomberg, Tradeweb, MarketAxess, FXall, 360T, or comparable platforms. Strong analytical capability, including handling large datasets, producing management information reporting and performance reporting, performing trend analysis, and communicating insights and actions to management. Strong project management skills, including managing multiple stakeholders and delivering under tight timelines. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including leading calls, driving cross-functional resolution, and engaging with external clients. Detail-oriented, disciplined control mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
