Ecolab is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join our team in Beloit, WI. As a Warehouse Associate I, you’ll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You’ll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You’ll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. How You’ll Make an Impact: Order Fulfillment (Picking/packing): Read orders and requisition to determine items to be moved or distributed; pick merchandise or parts, wraps and labels shipments, and deliver to assembly line, packing or shipping areas. Material Handling: Receive, count, process, store, and distribute materials tools, equipment, and products within the facility; load/unload items from parts or shelves, pallets, racks, shelves, and designated areas using vehicles (pallet jacks or carts); ensure safe transit using appropriate equipment. Inventory & Recordkeeping : Notify coach of shortages or if additional resources are needed. General Operations: Open containers, maintain a clean and safe workspace, may drive vehicles (pallet jacks or carts) to transport stored items or pick up items from various locations.
