Auxiliar de Mesa de Control

Ejecutar la recuperación y validación de evidencias de entrega efectuando en tiempo y forma los trámites que de ello deriven para asegurar la recuperación de cartera de clientes y flujo de efectivo de la empresa de acuerdo a las políticas internas.  Asegurar la recepción de los documentos necesarios para proceder al pago de la línea de transporte que incluyen: las evidencias de entrega que aseguran la completa recuperación de la cartera de clientes y las Hojas de Ruta en conjunto con sus comprobantes de accesoriales para proceder al tramite de Id de pago de flete y de todos los accesoriales debidamente autorizados. Aplicar en tiempo y forma el trámite de Id de pago fletes para asegurar la continuidad de la operación de acuerdo a las políticas internas. Responsabilidades: Seguimiento de cada de uno de los embarques generados para asegurar se complete su ciclo de pago. Asegurar el correcto resguardo y archivo de todos los docuemntos de los que somos responsables. Ejecución y entrega de reportes diarios: tránsitos, reclamaciones por servicio, sub inventarios virtuales, tableros. Recibir y validar las Notas de envio que representan las evidencias de entrega de cada uno de los pedidos entregados a nuestros clientes. Efectuar el proceso de liberacion de embarques en OTM.
