We’re seeking a full time, permanent People Administrator to join our growing People Team in our Edmonton, Alberta office. Generate a variety of HR related reports on a regular schedule. Respond to general inquiries from employees and manage shared inboxes. Issues employment verification letters. Administer service awards program. Reconcile and code HR expenses. Support HR projects, system implementations and process improvement initiatives. Support upload of apprenticeship and safety tickets, as required. What We’re Looking For: This is an excellent opportunity for a recent post-secondary graduate seeking an entry-level role to launch and grow their HR career while making a meaningful contribution to the organization. Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Strong sense of urgency with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to prioritize workload, manage projects and handle multiple responsibilities while meeting tight deadlines. Highly proficient in MS Office, including Excel.
