We are seeking an experienced Architectural Inspector professional to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will oversee architectural quality standards and site compliance, ensuring all construction activities align with approved plans, building codes, and regulatory requirements. You will serve as a key liaison between the design team, contractors, and project management, maintaining the highest standards of construction excellence throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct comprehensive architectural inspections at various construction phases to verify compliance with design specifications, building codes, and UAE construction standards Supervise on-site construction activities and coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to approved architectural plans and quality standards Document inspection findings, prepare detailed reports, and maintain organized records of all site observations and corrective actions Identify and communicate design discrepancies, construction defects, or non-compliance issues to project stakeholders in a timely manner Review and analyze construction materials, finishes, and workmanship to ensure they meet specified quality requirements Coordinate with safety personnel to ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents to assess construction progress and quality Communicate effectively with project teams, contractors, and clients regarding inspection results and recommendations Prepare comprehensive site supervision reports and maintain detailed documentation for project records Analyze construction methodologies and problem-solve issues that may arise during the building process Ensure proper sequencing of construction activities and coordinate between different trades on site Qualifications Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architectural inspection and site supervision Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and UAE building regulations Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and building systems Experience with quality assurance and quality control processes in construction Demonstrated expertise in site safety management and compliance protocols Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient communication and interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders Experience with site documentation, reporting, and record-keeping systems Preferred experience supervising high-rise
