We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.  Skills and Competencies 3+ years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, and operating cloud-based applications in production environments, preferably Amazon Web Services Proven experience leading small software engineering teams, providing technical guidance, and owning end-to-end delivery of user-facing applications Strong expertise in Angular, with a focus on building scalable, reusable, and maintainable user interfaces Mandatory hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production environments Solid understanding of Representational State Transfer application programming interfaces and asynchronous communication patterns, including integration with artificial intelligence inference and back-end services Solid understanding of security, authentication, and data privacy considerations in cloud-based applications, preferably Amazon Web Services Excellent problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to code quality, maintainability, system robustness, communication, and cross-functional collaboration Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Responsibilities Build reliable full-stack applications that support strategic artificial intelligence initiatives and intuitive user experiences Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Angular components that deliver intuitive and reliable user experiences Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features Build and integrate front-end and back-end application layers that consume artificial intelligence inference application programming interfaces and asynchronous processing services Ensure application performance, reliability, and responsiveness, with particular focus on latency, error handling, and usability Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, integration issues, and software defects Maintain high standards of code quality, structure, testing, and automation to support scalable and maintainable applications About the Team Moody’s Ratings’ AI Analytics group develops advanced machine learning and generative artificial intelligence solutions for high-profile data science initiatives.
