Assistant Manager – Accounts Receivable Client Finance - JLL Business Service (Gurugram) What this job involves: What this job involves – Candidate should have proven team handling experience of 3-4 years of 10-15 team members Should have proven experience of handling people issues, challenges and resolving them with responsibility Work with the team to process escalations and work in resolving same Handle difficult client situations and ensure that all special needs are being met Assume responsibility for the coordination and organization of year-end audit work, and prepare supporting schedules Be proactive in keeping Manager informed of all activities Manage all operational/supervisory adhocs and manage Process Hygiene Work on implementing Process Improvements and automation with team Raise PO or request PO from client system (if included in SOW), Run E1 Funding report Raise funding to client and ensure all required supporting documentation attached Ensure invoices/credit notes are raised in accordance with client PO Request invoices/credit notes to be raised in PeopleSoft or for outsourcing provider Ensure invoices/credit notes sent to client in order with invoicing instructions (email, portal upload or hard copy delivery) Log invoice in PeopleSoft and respective tracker Resolve any client queries in consultation with Client Finance Analyst Once funding received log receipts on relevant financial systems/tracker Follow up unallocated cash payments with clients / chase for remittances Perform AR Write Offs and Maintenance Prepare any relevant reports: AR ageing, invoice volumes, etc as requested by client teams Calculate and post aging provision to the GL and prepare provision report Support financial reporting and reconciliation process Close AR ledgers as requested by client teams Review AR results, support financial reporting and reconciliation process and inform Client Finance Analyst of any issues. Build strong relationships and support facilities managers by dealing with any queries/information requests. Identify and work collaboratively to implement improvements in team processes. Support the Finance Analyst and Client Finance Manager in the preparation of financial reporting for the client and JLL. Sounds like you? To apply, you need to have: Employee Specifications Exceptional oral and written communication skills with internal and external clients as well as professionals within the department Team leading experience is mandatory of 3-4 years Demonstrates professional leadership skills through effective work habits, attitude, inter-personal skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple and changing priorities. High proficiency in excel and/or any real estate related software. Strong Finance background, Commerce graduate or post-graduate is preferred, preferably MBA in Finance 6-10 years of experience in Accounts Receivables and related roles, preferably in a similar position (working with international teams and clients is preferable Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Performance Objectives Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious
