Summary The Service Supervisor for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the daily management of the field technical staff. The Service Supervisor will have formal supervisory responsibilities for a defined team of Field Service Engineers and may be requested to support the district with limited service calls and preventative maintenance activities. The supervisor models outstanding customer service through strong communication and collaboration skills, both internally and with customers. Core responsibilities include building a technically strong and cohesive team while maintaining a strong partnership with sales to retain existing business. The Service Supervisor effectively ensures the day-to-day operations of the field service team perform with accuracy and completeness in repairs, calibrations, instrument qualifications, and shipping and receiving activities. This position is part of the Field Technical Service Team supporting the Great Lakes territory and will be fully remote, with candidates expected to reside in Western/Central Michigan. You will be part of the Lakeshore Service Organization and report to the appropriate Field Service Leadership responsible for meeting and exceeding customer expectations while supporting sales and service growth.
