Opis stanowiska We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Coach to join our Retail Training Function, playing a key role in bringing our Off-Price model to life across stores. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with field leadership and store teams, delivering impactful coaching, developing talent, support managers learning, and ensuring the consistent execution of our core retail fundamentals. Your benefits: Secure employment with a growing company Flexible working time models with predictable shift schedules Employee discounts of up to 20%, plus additional offers and discounts from selected partners (Corporate Benefits) Free support (via TELUS Health) for personal challenges (e.g., health, financial, or legal matters) – for you and your family Diverse development and career growth opportunities What You’ll Be Doing As a Retail Coach, you will: Deliver engaging Off-Price workshops, 1:1 coaching and in-store support visits across your allocated region Partner with District Managers to build tailored coaching plans for newly appointed Store and Assistant Managers Educate and inspire associates to adopt and embed Off-Price fundamentals in their daily routines Validate knowledge and capability of your coachees to ensure consistent standards Support Talent Acquisition by facilitating Insight Days and providing clear, factual feedback Assist with manager inductions, including new country or fascia entry programmes Support new store openings and high-profile projects where required Develop internal capability by upskilling SME’s for Retail Academy delivery Partner with the Learning Offer team to deliver the Learning Offer strategy Contribute to the creation and enhancement of Off-Price training materials Participate in and lead cross-functional and RDF projects Actively contribute to team initiatives and identify future talent for the function Deputise for line managers when required Be a true Ambassador of the Off-Price Model in Retail Represent the Retail Training Function as required in field school, conferences and with business partnering Support new markets as required as we continue to grow across the European business What We’re Looking For You’ll bring strong retail expertise and a passion for developing others, alongside: A proven track record and a passion for TJX Off-Price retailing Completion of relevant Core Curriculum workshops Strong understanding and application of coaching principles Recognition as a credible Off-Price expert among peers High integrity and a strong alignment to TJX values and behaviors Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences Polish and English language communication skills required. Strong coaching, influencing and feedback skills Effective planning and organisational ability A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong relationship-building skills across all levels Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Full mobility and flexibility to travel regionally, with occasional Pan-European travel.
