We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical Excellence Specialist to join our AFC Operations team. This entry-level role provides crucial support in monitoring performance metrics, maintaining operational documentation, and assisting in process optimization initiatives across Fraud, Sanctions, and Financial Crime operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for a junior professional looking to kickstart their career in fintech operations and financial crime compliance, working alongside experienced leaders to drive operational consistency and data accuracy.

In This Role, You Will

📊 Performance & Data Support

• Assist in gathering, updating, and compiling weekly/monthly AFC operational performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs).

• Support the preparation of routine performance packs, dashboards, and review presentations for leadership.

• Perform basic data checks to maintain high data accuracy in reporting routines.

⚙️ Operational Support & Process Maintenance

• Assist in tracking operational workflows and maintaining clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Support senior specialists in executing continuous improvement deep-dives and routine process updates.

• Log operational feedback and track follow-ups across teams.

📈 Workforce & Resource Tracking

• Help maintain baseline workforce tracking files and schedule logs in collaboration with operational leads.

• Provide data inputs to support workforce management and capacity planning discussions.

🤝 Governance & Coordination

• Support administrative coordination for governance forums, preparing materials and tracking action items.

• Assist in organizing audit readiness documentation and archiving control records.

• Serve as a reliable operational interface for daily task follow-ups across AFC teams.

Profile Requirements

• Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience or internships in business operations, banking/fintech, analytics, or process support.

• Skills: Solid foundation in Excel / Google Sheets; eagerness to learn data tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau) is a plus.

• Mindset: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving mindset, organized, and proactive.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable interacting with international cross-functional teams.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
