Coordinator, Instructional Design Location: Mexico City, Mexico Working Pattern: Hybrid

As part of the Commercial Capability Building team, you will help translate business needs into impactful learning experiences that strengthen commercial capabilities and improve communication strategies for B2B and B2C audiences.

• Design and improve learning solutions that build critical commercial capabilities.

• Adapt learning content to local business needs, regulations, and audience requirements.

• Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across training materials.

• Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through data and feedback.

• Increase learner engagement, adoption, and certification completion.

• Support business performance by aligning capability-building initiatives with commercial objectives.

Learning Design & Development

• Translate business needs into learning objectives, journeys, and solutions.

• Design engaging learning experiences using instructional design and adult learning principles.

• Adapt content, storytelling, and delivery formats to maximize effectiveness and engagement.

Market Liaison & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main contact between the local market and Global Business Services (GBS).

• Develop learning briefs including objectives, audience needs, KPIs, timelines, and requirements.

• Coordinate the development, review, and deployment of learning materials.

• Ensure global standards are met while addressing local business needs.

Learning Governance & Content Management

• Manage digital and instructor-led training portfolios.

• Maintain content relevance, compliance, and version control.

• Support LMS administration, learner communications, and governance processes.

Learning Effectiveness & Insights

• Monitor training participation, completion, certification, and compliance metrics.

• Analyze learner feedback and performance indicators.

• Measure effectiveness using learning analytics and Kirkpatrick methodologies.

• Generate reports and recommendations to optimize learning outcomes.
