You will be on a development journey to guide your growth into the role of Project Coordinator - Post Merger Integration (PMI) and can expect to be involved in the following:   PMI HRBP/HR Digital projects: data and document migration and HRIS system integration projects, reviewing, cleaning and auditing employee data, as well as ensuring HR data compliance with state laws and regulations. This may also include support with integrating newly acquired entities onboarding projects, performance management cycles and talent programs.  Finance projects: support quarterly reporting, budgeting for various functions and OpEx (Operating Expenditure). PMI leadership projects - supporting governance, tracking and completion rates for PMI projects. This can include completing briefing slide decks for the leadership team and supporting data reports (ex. headcount reporting across the 3 entities) IT/Operations/Facilities Projects - support the system integration and change management efforts of the future ERP system changes, coordinate with all departments that are impacted by the ERP system changes, support facilities team with checking IT requirements related to facilities. Learning various tools including: SAP, Gsuite and Skywise (internal analytics tool) Acquiring skills in the following fields: project management, data analysis, communications with stakeholders, teamwork, market intelligence and leadership Hands on experience
