Service Administrator

Serves as primary customer contact to promote quality customer service and increase business within the branch location. We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our Distribution business in (Anchorage, AK). 100% Onsite In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining positive relationships Open and manage work orders, service requests, quotes, and repair plans Coordinate service work by scheduling technicians and monitoring progress Provide customers with timely updates on repair status, schedules, and warranty claims Process warranty claims and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately Maintain detailed service records and documentation within business systems Collaborate with technicians, Service Supervisors, and Team Leads to support efficient service operations Monitor key service metrics, including customer satisfaction and labor productivity
