This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, which includes the ability to work from home, while also requiring to be in person as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis, Missouri. Responsibilities Joining our team as an IT Manager offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee the 24/7 support of our Data Protection environment. This role is not only about technical expertise but also about strategic leadership, where you will develop and execute plans to optimize Data Protection infrastructure in alignment with organizational goals. You'll foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration, mentoring a dedicated team of IT professionals. Your proactive approach to managing complex IT environments, coupled with your ability to lead critical incident resolution and drive continuous improvement initiatives, will be pivotal in enhancing our service delivery and mitigating risks.
