You'll be trusted to lead projects from concept through to completion, build strong client relationships and provide expert guidance that drives successful delivery. Lead and inspire project teams, supporting development, sharing best practice and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Take ownership of project budgets, forecasting and financial reporting to ensure strong commercial performance. Deliver multiple projects and programmes successfully, balancing quality, cost and schedule objectives. Provide strategic advice on risk management, governance, compliance and healthcare sector requirements. Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities to maintain project momentum. Use project and commercial data to drive informed decisions and improve project outcomes. Champion innovation and continuous improvement, enhancing project delivery and client value. Work closely with colleagues across Arcadis to bring together the right expertise for every project. Build trusted client relationships, creating exceptional experiences that lead to repeat business and future opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience successfully managing projects from inception through to completion. Healthcare sector experience is highly desirable, ideally including ProCure22, ProCure23 or similar healthcare capital programmes. Excellent client relationship, stakeholder management and communication skills. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline. Professional qualification and/or chartered status. Valid CSCS card.
