Perform checking and follow-up on campaign enquiries, ensuring responses are provided within the agreed turnaround time. Assist in investigating campaign reward appeals and preparing supporting information for review. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for campaign-related initiatives and system enhancements. Assist in drafting, proofreading, and reviewing campaign communication materials. Support campaign fulfilment activities, including customer communications, reward crediting, and gift fulfilment. Support campaign reporting, monitoring, and administrative tasks. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field. Good written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to multitask. Good team player with a positive attitude.
